Customers please be patient and understanding, some items may have different term and condition. Please read our listing before you purchase order.
We have taken great care in presenting the products on our website as accurately as possible. However, the images you see will depend on your monitor's display and colour capabilities. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise.
1.0 Liability
We believe the information on this page to be accurate; such information is subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for any inadvertent errors. No warranty or representation (express or implied) concerning the accuracy of the information provided is given and customers should satisfy themselves that any product choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use.
We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
2.0 Delivery
Goods will generally be dispatched the same working day* after payment has been cleared if ordered before 10am on a normal working day*. Otherwise your goods will be dispatched the?following working day*. All orders placed at a weekend or bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day*.
For our 24hours and 48hours delivery services and under normal circumstances you can expect to receive your goods within 2 to 3 days dependent on the time of order.
However, although we use a 24 or 48 hours delivery service we cannot guarantee next working day* deliveries as we use third party companies who carry out deliveries for us. Therefore we are unable to accept any responsibility for late deliveries. Please allow up to 7 working days* from the time of order for your product to be delivered.
For our 24 or 48 hours deliveries require a signature upon receipt. It is your responsibility to make sure your delivery address has a person available to sign. When signing for your item please sign for it "unchecked", if you do not and find it damaged once you have opened the packaging you will not be insured.
The delivery charges only apply to UK mainland only. Deliveries to The Channel Isles, Isle of White, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and The Scottish Highlands will be subject to an additional delivery charge. Please order in the normal way and a member of our sales team will contact you to confirm prices before we process the order.
* A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays.
3.0 Cancellation and Return
3.1 If you are a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the contract and receive a refund by informing us within 7 working days* of receipt of the Goods.
3.2 Goods must be returned within 14 days of cancellation by the buyer at the buyer’s expense and should be adequately insured during the return journey. A buyer will receive a full refund of all monies paid for the goods (including delivery charges, if any) except for return postal charges within 30 days of cancellation. If the buyer fails to return the goods following cancellation, shall be entitled to deduct the cost of recovering the goods from the buyer.
3.3 Returned goods must be in original condition, and in original packaging.
3.4 When returned goods are found to be damaged due to the buyer’s fault the buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.

4.0 Faulty/Damaged Goods
Please check the item asap after you receive the goods, if there is any faulty/damage should be reported to us in writing within 2 working days*(Fail to do this, you will not be insured).? We will arrange for any damaged parts to be replaced, or for an exchange or refund of the goods where necessary.
Minor imperfections—For our high quality wooden product that has travelled many miles and passed through many hands before reaching you. You may receive it with some minor damage such as scratches or chips from the wood. We will not accept part refund for these minor blemishes.
